eLaw® Introduces ePer Diem Attorney Services

New offering is a natural extension of eLaw’s traditional case tracking service

NEW PROVIDENCE, N.J. – October 11, 2016 – eLaw, the leading web-based platform that provides critical and up-to-date court-related case information, announces its newest offering: ePer Diem services. eLaw now provides daily attorneys who will appear in court on behalf of clients to handle a variety of matters in both New York and New Jersey courts.

As part of the service, attorneys can now contact eLaw on its website, by email or by phone to have qualified and reliable per diem attorneys appear in supreme, superior, federal, civil or criminal, small claims, landlord-tenant, bankruptcy courts and more. Appearances are handled professionally and with passionate representation by experienced attorneys.

eLaw’s per diem services are available throughout New York and New Jersey and include:

  • Court Appearances
  • Conferences
  • Motion Hearings
  • EBTs/EUOs
  • Agency Hearings
  • Arbitrations
  • Real Estate Closings
  • And More
“Our new per diem service is a natural extension of eLaw’s traditional case tracking service, eWatch,” says eLaw Executive Director Dominick Esposito. “Our business is to help make law firms more efficient and to ensure attorneys never miss an appearance, and this is one more offering to aid in that effort.”

In addition to setting up new cases in its eWatch platform, eLaw sends alerts anytime an entry is made on a case. Clients can also have cases tracked via eWatch synchronized to their existing CMS or calendar to ensure all entries are automatically updated. With accurate and timely information, attorneys can better manage their upcoming appearance schedule and contract for per diem services to maximize their time and resources.
